PerBlue is looking for a passionate System Administrator to join our team of experienced game developers. We’re an independent studio whose free-to-play midcore mobile games have been played by millions of people around the world, including the award-winning Disney Heroes: Battle Mode.

Our team brings experience from major studios across the videogame industry. Founded in Madison, Wisconsin, we work remotely around the United States and Canada for an unmatched quality of life and work.

You’ll manage and improve our IT infrastructure and help tackle the challenges and opportunities of supporting a distributed remote workforce. Keeping our infrastructure running smoothly and our developers focused on creating amazing player experiences.

This role is ideal for someone with solid helpshift skills who wants to expand into DevOps engineering over time

• Help monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure in AWS, Google Workspace, and Azure
• Manage user accounts, licensing, permissions, and access controls
• Configure, deploy, and manage hardware and software for remote employees
• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and continuously improve the support pocess for our 40+ employees

• Experience and familiarity with cloud infrastructure in AWS and Azure
• Comfortable managing Windows environments, including operating system and software deployment and patching
• Strong desire to grow into a DevOps Engineer
• Familiarity with Active Directory administration and Microsoft Office 365
• Associate’s degree or higher in an IT related field, or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years professional Systems Administration experience

• Experience with scripting languages, such as PowerShell, Python, Bash, etc.
• Experience with version control system workflows, such as Git or Subversion
• Familiarity managing and working with Atlassian Jira

Compensation and Benefits

We are a fully remote company with team members based throughout North America and Canada.
